For Authors - Prepare your submission

JoNAS is an open-access free journal that is committed to publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed articles in mathematics. We believe in the importance of open access and require that all submissions be made available in an open repository before submission. Then, a single-blind review process, which involves the evaluation of articles by expert reviewers in the field, ensures that only the most rigorous and impactful research is published in our journal. In addition to our commitment to quality, we are dedicated to making a swift revision and an efficient publishing process, to ensure that your research is made available on time.

Step 1: Deposit the manuscript in an open archive

Authors must deposit their manuscript as a pre-print in one of the following archives: arXiv, HAL, or Zenodo. Please make a note of the deposit identifier, which will be required for submission to the journal (e.g., arXiv:0000.0000 for arXiv, or hal-000000 for HAL). See video tutorials to submit via arXiv, HAL, or Zenodo.

Step 2: Create an account

Before submitting articles to JoNAS for consideration, authors must create an account on the journal's website. To create an account, please visit http://create-an-account.episcience.org.

Step 3: Submit your manuscript

Once an author has posted their article on the open repository Arxiv and created an account on the journal's system, they can submit their article to JoNAS. Go to http://submit-your-article.episcience.org and enter the preprint's deposit identifier from the relevant open archive (e.g., hal-000000 for HAL or arXiv:0000.0000 for Arxiv), the archive's name, and the version number. The article's metadata will be automatically retrieved from the open archive and transferred to the journal’s platform. The article will then be forwarded to the editorial board for consideration.
